Lewis Co. 10 in Packwood is surrounded by Goat Rocks Wilderness, about 20 miles from White Pass Ski Lodge and close to Packwood Lake. Station one was dedicated in 2000. This is one of our three stations. Our Chief is Lonnie Goble and we have a crew of 14, two EMR's; three EMT's; four AEMT and one Jr. FF.

The department is community minded and together with the Association we provide an annual Easter Egg Hunt, Pancake Breakfast on Memorial Day and Labor Day, Christmas Tree Lighting with a spaghetti dinner This year we will be providing some meals for the cast and crew of the movie being shot here in Packwood. We visit the school and let the elementary and preschool students go thru, over and in our ambulances and engines. We turn our building into a smoke room and give the experience of what it is like to be in smoke.

We have run an average of 150 a year EMS and average 25 to 30 fire calls.
